Julien Lussiez

MBA & DBA PROGRAM DIRECTOR

Julien Lussiez is the MBA and DBA Program Director at Paragon International University. With over five years building Paragon’s graduate business programs, he brings a research-driven, industry-connected approach to management education. He is completing his PhD at the University of Lille (France), specialising in financial literacy, financial resilience, and behavioral decision-making. His teaching integrates evidence-based management, business analytics, and real-world case application.
