Kounila Keo is Co-Founder of Mekhala Radiant, a communications agency specialising in integrated marketing strategies, public relations, digital campaigns, and market research.

With a background in journalism, she reported for AFP and other international publications for over six years, developing a strong understanding of the Cambodian and Southeast Asian media landscape. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore.

In 2017, she was recognised in the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list for her contributions to media and marketing.
