On 13 December 2025, ParagonU organized the Paragon IU SDG Ideathon, a full-day workshop that brought together around 40 faculty and staff to exchange ideas and discuss sustainability challenges at the university, community, national, and global levels.
Throughout the day, participants worked in groups to identify key challenges and develop practical, actionable solutions aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Each group presented their ideas, encouraging open discussion, collaboration, and cross-disciplinary learning.
As the first and currently only university in Cambodia to be a member of the United Nations Principles for Responsible Management Education (UN PRME), ParagonU continues to move forward with integrating the SDGs across its undergraduate and graduate business programs. The SDG Ideathon reflects this commitment by translating global sustainability goals into concrete ideas and institutional practices.
This initiative highlights ParagonU’s ongoing efforts to promote responsible management education and empower faculty and staff to contribute meaningfully to sustainable development at both local and global levels.
