Dr. Shirzad Mansouri is a senior academic and researcher with over 30 years of experience in higher education across Iran, Thailand, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the UAE. He currently serves as Program Director for the Master of Arts and Doctor of Philosophy programs in Educational Leadership at Paragon International University, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
He holds a PhD in Educational Administration, a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA), an MBA, and an MA in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). His interdisciplinary expertise bridges educational leadership, organizational behavior, change management, curriculum leadership, and entrepreneurial education. Dr. Mansouri teaches at doctoral, master’s, and undergraduate levels and supervises doctoral dissertations and master’s theses. His research focuses on educational leadership, teacher professional development, technology applications in business and tourism, and language education.
Prior to joining Paragon International University, he served as a full-time lecturer at King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Latkrabang (KMITL), Bangkok (2022–2025), and held academic positions at Assumption University of Thailand, Rajamangala University of Technology, Pathum Thani University, Chulalongkorn University, and other institutions across the region.
