Ms. Sophorn Chhay is a French-Cambodian entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience across diverse industries and organisations. She returned to Cambodia in 2016 after a period in Singapore and France, where she obtained an MBA in Marketing and a Master of Marketing & International Communication.
An entrepreneur with a social impact focus, Sophorn devotes her energy to projects that contribute to the economic, societal, and social development of Cambodia. She has held senior roles at the European Chamber of Commerce and the International Business Chamber of Cambodia, and currently serves as CEO of HR Code, a talent development and organisational growth firm.
As a consultant since 2013, she has supported the business development of SMEs and startups across Education, Aviation, Construction, and F&B sectors, specialising in brand and corporate communication strategies, HR management, and project leadership. She is well connected at C-suite level across Cambodia and the Southeast Asian region, and serves as an advisory board member at Platform Impact and the French Consular network.
