Ms. Saovattana Sy is currently Head of the Career Center at Paragon International University, where she has over three years of experience in career development and employer engagement. In this role, she has led initiatives that strengthen industry partnerships, enhance graduate employability, and align student competencies with evolving labor market demands. She also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Paragon International University.

In 2023, Ms. Saovattana Sy was selected for the Youth Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) Academic Fellowship Program, with a focus on Social Entrepreneurship and Economic Development at the University of Connecticut, United States. This experience broadened her regional perspective and reinforced her commitment to advancing youth development and economic inclusion.
