Mr. Raymond Sia currently serves as the Group Managing Director of Canadia Investment Holding since October 2025. He was Canadia Bank CEO from March 2018 to September 2025. He is also the Chairman of Credit Bureau Holding (Cambodia) Ltd and Board Director of Credit Bureau of Cambodia since August 2020, and served as Chairman of the Association of Banks in Cambodia from March 2022 to March 2024, currently serving as Vice Chairman from April 2024.
Prior to joining Canadia Bank, Mr. Raymond Sia served in various senior management and leadership roles with international and regional banks in Malaysia and Vietnam, including Public Bank, Standard Chartered Bank (Malaysia & Vietnam), and Hong Leong Bank (Vietnam), where he was Chief Executive Officer/General Director.
Mr. Raymond Sia has 31 years of banking, treasury and financial services experience across Cambodia, Malaysia, and Vietnam. He began his career as a Graduate Trainee with Public Bank in Malaysia, where he spent 11 years in roles including Head of Syndication & Capital Markets and Head of Credit Processing. At Standard Chartered Bank, he progressed from Director of Local Corporates to Head of Global Corporates, with his final role as Head of SME Banking & General Director/CEO of Hanoi Branch.
During his tenure at Canadia Bank, Mr. Raymond Sia achieved 29 banking awards, including Best CEO and Best Managed Bank in 2025 and 2022 from The Asian Banker. He is also a monthly contributor to the Khmer Times “Right Angle” column since April 2024.
