The event is a 3 hour certificate workshop presented by InnovateX Cambodia in cooperation with CLC coNEXTion Lab Cambodia and hosted by the Faculty of Engineering. The event takes place on July 2nd, 2026, at the Paragon IU Main Campus Conference Hall tailored for future-ready engineering and architecture students who need to translate complex, technical concepts into persuasive real-world presentations.
This interactive program bridges the gap between academic theory and real-world career preparation and utilizes a collaborative learning approach led by three industry mentors: Engr. Jill Heng (the Founder and CEO of InnovateX Cambodia), Dr. Venus Dennen (Communication & Leadership Trainer, Learning Experience Designer ), Dr. Arnie Aniel (Triple Connection Strategist, Public Speaking | HR & Organization Development).
Through a student-friendly environment, participants will engage in active speaking or pitching exercises, receive direct feedback, and explore career communication etiquette. The expected outcome is for students to overcome public anxiety, earn an official certificate, and gain practical soft skills that align their academic knowledge with competitive industry standards.
