Neil Ian Cadungog-Uy earned his BS in Information Technology from Negros Oriental State University in Dumaguete City, Philippines, where he also completed his MS in Information Technology with a specialization in Systems Analysis and Design. With more than 17 years of experience in IT professional services, he has developed expertise in requirements engineering, software design and architecture, agile project management, ITIL-based service delivery, and computer systems servicing.
Since 2023, he has served as the Dean of the Faculty of ICT at Paragon International University, where he leads academic programs, curriculum development, and strategic initiatives.
He holds a Mile2 Cybersecurity certification as a Certified Penetration Testing Engineer (C)PEH and actively promotes cybersecurity awareness to help individuals safeguard their personal data and digital privacy. Beyond his professional work, he volunteers with NGOs to provide technical support, basic computer literacy training, and ICT competency development. He also offers free online tutorial courses for students in underprivileged communities across the Philippines who are interested in learning information technology.
