Biography

Julien Lussiez is the MBA and DBA Program Director at Paragon International University, where he oversees the development, coordination, and strategic positioning of both programs. His work sits at the intersection of curriculum design, industry engagement, and institutional development, with a focus on aligning academic standards with the demands of the regional and international business environment.

Julien has contributed to substantial growth in the MBA program and has been instrumental in building the university’s postgraduate industry network, establishing partnerships with over 30 leading companies in Cambodia. These collaborations support student employability through internships, applied learning initiatives, and professional development opportunities that bridge academic training and private sector practice.

He is currently a PhD candidate in Financial Literacy at the University of Lille (France), with research focused on financial resilience, financial well-being, and behavioral decision-making in contexts of economic uncertainty. He has engaged with the academic community on these themes through conference participation in both Cambodia and Europe. Before entering academia, Julien built international professional experience in marketing and project management across France, South Korea, and Cambodia — a background that continues to inform his applied approach to teaching and program development.
