Biography

Haksrun LAO is an educator, researcher, and technology professional based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, with expertise spanning computer science, information systems, and multilingual education. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science at Paragon International University, where he also serves as the Academic Affairs Coordinator in the Office of Academic Affairs and lecture in the Faculty of Information and Computer Technologies.

His teaching portfolio includes Object-Oriented Programming, Operating Systems, and Software Testing and Quality Assurance. Fluent in Khmer, Chinese, and English, Haksrun brings extensive experience in academic practice, software product management, and cross-cultural communication, supported by multiple academic distinctions and professional certifications.
