Dr Daniiar Satybaldiev earned his B.A. and M.Eng degrees in Industrial Electronics from International Ala-Too University, Kyrgyzstan, in 2009, and completed his PhD in Computer Science at Black Sea University, Georgia, in 2016. He served as a lecturer in Industrial Electronics at International Ala-Too University from 2009 to 2019.
Since 2019, he has been a lecturer in the Computer Science Department at Paragon International University, Cambodia, teaching software engineering, programming, databases, cloud computing, and AI-related subjects. Alongside his academic role, he has held key leadership positions at the university, including Academic Affairs Coordinator and Director of the ERP and Web Development Office, where he leads digital transformation initiatives and ERP system innovations.
His research focuses on artificial intelligence, ERP systems, embedded systems integration, and software development. He has presented his work at international conferences, receiving a “Best Paper Award” for a study on AI integration in educational ERP systems. He has also represented Cambodia at global events such as the Water in Transition Symposium in Hannover and serves as a program coordinator for international sustainability and AI workshops.
