His research focuses on sustainable development\, poverty\, environmental economics\, innovation\, and the Belt and Road Initiative. With over ten years of teaching and research experience\, Prof. Ahmad has been recognized as a Most Cited Researcher in China twice by Elsevier and the Chinese Government with Outstanding International Researcher Award twice. His publications have been highly cited in the ESI database\, demonstrating his global influence. Prof. Ahmad is currently leading poultry and honeybee projects for poverty alleviation in remote rural areas of Pakistan and has previously been invited by the French Government to contribute to its global emissions reduction program.
